This is how they build it: First there is a hole; a deep, watery, empty hole. Then there is a basement. The basement will hold up what happens above and also control what happens below. Then they start to put the bones, the structure, in place. This takes a long time on a big building. After the structure is in place, they put on the skin, clean the whole thing up, paint it, put in air and water, and open up for business. It's that easy!
