He would have been 10 this month if he had lived. She would have had a 10 year son. But it was not meant to be. He was born early after a difficult pregnancy. He had congenital heart problems. He had only lived for a few hours after he was born. She was devastated. Her marriage fell apart and her husband left and then divorced her. That all seemed like a long time ago now and she only gave it a passing thought as she walked. It was such a beautiful day. Yes, he would have been 10 this month if he had lived.
